You may cancel your Clipto Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full Pro access until then. No action is needed beyond clicking "Cancel".
Because you can cancel at any time and continue using Pro for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, we generally do not offer refunds.
48-hour exception: If you subscribed by mistake, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by emailing support@clipto.link. We review these on a case-by-case basis.
Beyond 48 hours, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
If we terminate your account for a material breach of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. If we terminate your account for any other reason, we will issue a pro-rata refund for unused paid time.
Refunds required by applicable law — including the EU consumer right of withdrawal where applicable — are honoured regardless of this policy.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, VAT, and tax compliance. Your payment contract is with Paddle. Refunds, when approved, are processed through Paddle.
